STEP 8) Afterwards, we'll follow up on each interview to discuss your impressions & ideas on each candidate to refine and improve the process.

​STEP 9) Throughout the process, we'll help manage ongoing communications with all participating candidates as you direct.

STEP 10) Provide 90 days of developmental support to ensure the new employee you've hired is making exceptional progress in their new role.
